We’re breaking the mould with what people typically associate ski holidays with - HEAVY DRINKING.

We’re not here to bar you from Apres or ban you from drinking, we’re simply offering you an alternative experience filled with more action, more wellness, and tons of ways of putting your money into memorable experiences rather than blurry, forgotten moments on the mountain.

We’re here to offer you a sober skiing experience, that allows you to squeeze every drop out of your time in one of the most breathtaking areas of the world.

Included in the week is optional daily yoga with Naomi. Start each day with pre-ski yoga to open up the body, end the day with a wind down stretch to get you ready for the best sleep and another day in the mountains.

There’s nothing quite like standing on the top of a mountain, looking out over the vast expanse of snow where limitless adventures lie.

Better still, with a clear and sober mind, as you detox from intoxicating stresses and substances for a week of optimum nutrition, unparalleled comfort and of course, unlimited alpine exploration.

soberski was founded by Ben, an ex-seasonnaire, who discovered a love for skiing at the age of 21. After diving straight into a ski season with no experience and becoming immersed in the typical antics of the “work hard, play hard” lifestyle, it left him wondering if there was another way to do it.

As the next few years went by when returning as a digital nomad, the thought of entering into a 3-month binge each winter became less and less appealing, in fact, impossible to justify.

Enter soberski, the answer to those craving an alpine adventure holiday, without the excessive drinking and pressures of over-indulging.

For the holiday makers, this is a chance for a detox week like you’ve never had before. Centred around squeezing the most out of the slopes, you will receive daily bespoke itineraries from skiers that have travelled the entire resort for years, delight in nourishing mountain cuisine throughout, have access to daily yoga and the ultimate wellness facilities within your chalet.

This is an opportunity for new and familiar groups and individuals alike to share great skiing adventures and take a breather with people on a similar, sober wavelength.

For the rest of you, we’re building a year-round community to encourage sobriety and wellness on and off the slopes. We’ve created a sober starter park to help get you started, and will hold regular pre-ski events like Padel Tournaments & Run Clubs to get people together ahead of upcoming trips.
