ALCOHOL-FREE SKI RETREATS FOR HIGH PERFORMERS

A week in the French Alps to reset, recalibrate, and realise your true potential.

Welcome to soberski

We believe the mountains have the power to bring out the very best in us.

soberski exists to help people discover what becomes possible when adventure, wellbeing and meaningful connection come together in extraordinary places.

Following our inaugural retreat, we're building a growing community of curious, like-minded individuals seeking a more rewarding way to experience the mountains.

From first lifts to long dinners, deep conversations and moments that stay with you long after you've returned home, every retreat is designed to combine world-class skiing with well-earned luxury and genuine connection.

Our next Winter Retreat takes place in Méribel in January 2027, where we'll once again welcome a small group for an unforgettable week in the French Alps.

Book a call or get in touch to find out more.

See you in the mountains.

  • Ben - Founder

Founder of soberski - Ben created these personally hosted retreats to redefine what connection, adventure, and fulfilment can look like without alcohol. His vision blends the power of the mountains with the clarity of a sober mind - creating space for people to reset, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters. Obsessed with discovering his own true potential, his mission is now to encourage those who join to challenge themselves in a way that they never have before.

  • Ezra - Chef & Life Coach

Ezra brings more than culinary mastery to the chalet - his background in life coaching infuses every shared meal with meaning. His food philosophy centres on balance, taking influence from his time as a chef aboard luxury yachts - he takes immense pride delivering first-class dining to complete the soberski experience.

Not to mention, he’s an unbelievable skier with a BASE Level 2 Qualification - talk about triple threat!

  • Naomi - Yoga & Breathwork

Naomi’s pre & post-ski stretching sessions are crafted to ground, energise, and restore - the perfect complement to a day on the slopes. With a focus on mindful movement and breathwork, her classes help guests reconnect with their bodies, deepen awareness, and carry that stillness beyond the mat to ensure you’re back on the mountain feeling refreshed.

What This Week Gives You
What You'll Walk Away With
Proof You Can Do Hard Things
First lifts on no sleep debt. Full days at altitude. A body that's capable of more than you gave it credit for. By day three you stop wondering if you can keep up. You already are.
A Tight-Knit Crew, Not A Crowd
Nine strangers become a unit fast when everyone's actually present. Clear-headed, switched on, showing up for each other at 6:30am and at dinner. These are people you'll stay in touch with long after the snow melts.
A Body That's Dialled In
Start with a stretch, end with a cold plunge. Sauna to recover properly. Food built to fuel the next morning, not slow it down. Every part of the day feeds the next one.
Momentum You Take Home
Structured time to think. Real conversations instead of small talk. A clearer sense of what you're building next. This week keeps paying off months later.

“The proper function of man is to live, not to exist. I shall not waste my days in trying to prolong them.

I will use my time.”

— Jack London

Our Retreat Styles

  • Three women in a hot tub holding glasses of drinks, smiling and chatting.

    Mixed Groups

Bring your closest people and watch them become a unit fast. A week built on shared challenge instead of shared rounds, with fantastic food and proper rest built in.

  • A woman in a blue swimsuit and a black beanie is standing on a balcony, wrapped in a white towel, smiling, with large evergreen trees in the background.

    Solo Explorers

Come alone, leave with people who get it. Like-minded company, daily yoga, sauna and cold plunge, and full days on the mountain with nothing dulling the experience.

  • Three people in skiing gear standing on a snowy mountain slope under a dark blue sky with stars visible. They are holding ski poles and wearing helmets and goggles.

    Corporate

Give your team something they'll actually remember. A week of clarity and connection in the mountains, built for incentive trips, team building, or just a different kind of offsite.
